HealthPlanIQ (HPIQ) is an independent provider of holistic reports and data to the employers and service providers associated with health insurance plans. The purpose of HPIQ’s reports is to assist plan fiduciaries in meetings their obligations to determine fee reasonableness.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
If you are not satisfied with your HealthPlanIQ’s service, HealthPlanIQ will use its commercially reasonable efforts to correct or adjust the services to address your reasonable concerns. If you are still unsatisfied, HealthPlanIQ may grant you a partial credit, against your HealthPlanIQ Subscription Agreement. Any unused credits remaining upon the expiration and/or termination of your Subscription Agreement shall expire. HealthPlanIQ will not grant you a monetary refund for such credits.
